About the role
We’re looking to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. We have our own maintenance team on site so we can respond to our guests' needs quickly. We fix remedial problems and have a planned maintenance programme. The site needs to be maintained and presented to a high standard, and that’s where you’ll come in.
You’ll support the Maintenance Manager to head up a team who have a varied workload, and you’ll certainly be kept busy all the time. As well as supporting the Maintenance Manager you’ll be able to turn your hand to general day to day repairs.
What we need from you
You’ll be able to demonstrate good practical skills and have an awareness of the building services. You will have prior management experience, skill levels to be at a level of understanding of painting, joinery, plumbing and building works, knowledge of Health and Safety.
You’ll also be a team player and be someone who takes pride in the quality of your work, be positive in your approach and able to work in a dynamic business environment. As you’ll come into contact with our guests on a regular basis, we also need you to have great customer service skills and be an ambassador for Crieff Hydro.
