Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Maintenance Technical Supervisor to lead the on-site engineering team at Walton Oaks, delivering planned and reactive maintenance in line with schedules and safety policies. You will coordinate tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure documentation and compliance across building systems.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage CAFM/CMMS records, and support asset reliability across HVAC, electrical, and building fabric, maintaining high service

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical/Mechanical Building Services
• Minimum 5 years in technical facilities management
• UK Driving Licence
• Experience supervising specialist contractors
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and engineering standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the engineering team
• Allocate PPM, reactive and project tasks to resources
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Conduct toolbox talks and performance reviews
• Support fault diagnosis and root cause analysis
