The role focuses on safe, reliable operation of building systems across a small to medium facility, performing planned and reactive maintenance and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work within a high-performing engineering team, delivering routine maintenance, inspections, and system improvements while maintaining accurate documentation

Qualifications

  • Experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance Engineering.
  • Experience with Reactive and PPM (Planned Maintenance).
  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver routine and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections, identify potential issues, and carry out corrective actions.
  • Support the installation, upgrade, and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Manage and close out assigned work orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.
  • Assist with energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
  • Perform compliance checks and ensure works meet building codes and safety regulations.
  • Communicate progress and issues clearly with the wider team and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team performance by following processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems across a small to medium-sized facility. In this role, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, support system improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This position is ideal for someone with a hands‑on approach, strong technical ability, and a desire to develop within a high-performing engineering team.




  • Deliver routine and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

Experience Required:


  • Experience working in a Facilities Management/Maintenance Engineering role.

  • Experience with Reactive and PPM (Planned Maintenance)

  • A Degree/Qualification in either a Electrical or Mechanical discipline.

  • Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
