Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Maintenance Technical Supervisor at Walton Oaks campus to lead the engineering team, coordinate PPM and reactive maintenance, and ensure compliance with UK legislation and contractual KPIs. The role provides frontline leadership for operations and assets across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, BMS and building fabric systems.

Qualifications

Qualified in electrical, mechanical or building services engineering and a recognised apprenticeship.
Good understanding of health and safety legislation.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of the engineering team and allocate PPM, reactive and project tasks.
Provide technical guidance, coaching and support to engineers and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
Coordinate reactive maintenance to minimise site disruption and support fault diagnostics.
Ensure maintenance records and documentation are complete and compliant.
Support statutory compliance across site assets and permit-to-work processes.
Manage subcontractor activities and review RAMS and close-out documentation.
Assist with asset reliability, lifecycle planning and energy-saving initiatives.
