Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Walton Oaks campus engineering team in Dorking. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver all PPM and reactive maintenance to meet contractual KPIs and safety standards.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, BMS and building fabric systems while coordinating with contractors and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in building services maintenance and supervision.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience supervising maintenance contractors.
• Knowledge of health, safety legislation | compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the engineering team and allocate tasks.
• Coordinate PPM and reactive maintenance to meet KPIs.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers.
• Manage permit-to-work and ensure safe operations.
• Support compliance audits and asset records.
• Liaise with stakeholders and client representatives.
