Job summary

Dräger is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a site maintenance team of around 10, overseeing safe, reliable maintenance of manufacturing equipment and assets, balancing reactive support with preventative programs.

You will develop the team, drive KPIs such as MTTR/MTBF, own CMMS data, and collaborate with Engineering and Procurement to reduce downtime and cost while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Formal engineering qualification or recognised apprenticeship (HNC/HND) in Engineering.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and risk assessment.
• Experience using CMMS and maintenance data for decision making.
• Proactive, results-driven leadership with coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, setting safety and performance expectations.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to support manufacturing.
• Own Planned Preventative Maintenance program and ensure schedule adherence.
• Drive equipment reliability improvements and data-driven problem solving.
• Manage spares, obsolescence, and supplier relationships.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliant practices.
