Job summary

TT Electronics Bedlington seeks a proactive Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance of production assets. You will supervise technicians, coordinate breakdown response and drive preventative maintenance in a safe, compliant environment.

Working closely with engineering and manufacturing, you will monitor performance, maintain CMMS records and engage in continuous improvement activities to sustain high equipment availability.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong fault‑finding and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and allocate work to technicians.
• Coordinate breakdown response and ensure timely repairs.
• Promote proactive maintenance and safe working practices.
• Maintain equipment records and CMMS updates.
• Communicate priorities and safety requirements across shifts.
