Job summary

Dräger is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 10‑strong maintenance team in a manufacturing environment in the UK. You will drive safety, reliability and cost objectives by balancing planned and reactive work, guiding continuous improvement, and using CMMS data to reduce equipment losses and downtime.

Qualifications

• Formal engineering qualification or recognised engineering apprenticeship.
• Strong experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience leading, managing and developing technical personnel.
• Experience using CMMS and analysing maintenance data.
• Understanding of MTTR, MTBF and PPM compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensure safety and performance.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across manufacturing.
• Own Planned Preventative Maintenance programme and schedule adherence.
• Drive improvements in reliability, availability and cost.
• Manage CMMS records, spares, obsolescence and supplier performance.
• Oversee safety compliance and investigations as required.
• Budget involvement and cost reduction opportunities.
