Aspire Defence Services Limited in Aldershot is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance engineers and multi-disciplined tradespeople, delivering high-quality service while upholding safety and compliance standards.

You will oversee reactive and routine maintenance, coordinate resources, report on performance, and develop the team to maintain excellent customer service and contractual obligations.

Formación

• Mechanical or Gas Engineering qualification is required.
• IOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance engineers and multi-disciplined tradespeople, setting high standards for performance, safety and service delivery.
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe working practices and ensuring compliance with QHSE policies, CDM regulations, asbestos management requirements and safe systems of work.
• Oversee reactive and routine maintenance activities, ensuring services are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
• Coordinate resources and maintenance programmes with the Reactive Maintenance Manager to meet service level agreements and operational objectives.
• Provide clear reporting on maintenance planning, performance and delivery while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and stakeholders, keeping them informed of planned works and progress.
• Support the development of a high-performing team by identifying training needs, monitoring performance and encouraging engagement.
