Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to deliver engineering services at a high-profile infrastructure site in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on reactive maintenance, remedial works and ongoing engineering improvements across building services.

You will lead safety standards, manage day-to-day maintenance, and drive asset reliability while coordinating with client stakeholders and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• ExperienceLeading maintenance operations in large/critical environments.
• Experience with building services, statutory compliance and PPM/Reactive works.

Responsabilités

• Lead health, safety and wellbeing standards through safety tours and investigations.
• Oversee day-to-day engineering and fabric maintenance to meet SLAs and response times.
• Own statutory compliance including inspections, certifications and risk assessments.
• Drive operational readiness for event and non-event activity; develop maintenance plans.
• Lead, coach and develop teams through reviews and succession planning.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders; provide clear performance reporting.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and review quotations for value for money.
• Use MRI and other systems to analyze data and support lifecycle planning.
