Randstad Construction and Property in Portsmouth is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee planned and reactive electrical maintenance across client sites. This hands-on supervisory role combines technical expertise with leadership and safety compliance.

The role requires City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent and the ability to obtain SC Clearance. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and be available for on-call duties outside standard hours.

Responsabilités

• Supervise electrical maintenance across multiple client sites.

Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Portsmouth

Working: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday (with on call) - 7:30am - 4pm

Salary: Upto £45,000

We're looking for an Engineering Lead /Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee planned and reactive maintenance across three client sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on supervisory role, combining technical expertise with leadership and compliance responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver electrical maintenance and repair works across multiple client sites.
• Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements.
• Lead, manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with Mitie and site Health & Safety policies.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS and site rules.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and actively participate in training, appraisals, and development activities.
