Job summary

Probe UK is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the night shift in our plant, directing planned and reactive maintenance on key equipment. You will ensure PMs are completed on schedule while handling breakdowns within a manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have supervisory experience, City & Guilds or NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines, and be apprentice trained. The role offers a competitive salary in a well-structured, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment.
• Experience in supervising/lead maintenance, managing PM activity, permits, contractors, mentoring apprentices.
• City & Guilds or NVQ accreditation in Electrical or Mechanical discipline; apprentice trained.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift maintenance team, ensuring PMs are undertaken to schedule and manage breakdowns in a manufacturing/production environment.

Duties of a Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be required to lead the night shift maintenance team ensuring that PM's are undertaken to schedule whilst also managing breakdown situations, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within either a manufacturing, process or production environment.

Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor

• You must have proven experience in undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment.


• And either currently hold a supervisory post or hold a lead maintenance role where you have had some exposure to managing PM activity, issuing permits, organising contractors and mentoring apprentices.


• Allied to holding either City & Guilds or NVQ accreditation within an Electrical or Mechanical discipline and be apprentice trained.

The Maintenance Supervisor role is commutable from Alvechurch, Bromsgrove, Catshill, Reddtich & Studley
