• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• SSSTS/SMSTS/IOSH qualifications preferred.
• Experience in housing maintenance and site management.
• Budget management capability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.
• UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Manage scheduling, inspections, and quality control.
• Conduct 1-2-1s, toolbox talks, and team meetings.
• Liaise with clients and produce reports.
• Oversee health & safety, ensuring compliance across all activities.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of staff.
