Qualifications

• Trade background with supervisory experience.
• Full UK driving license.

• Ability to manage a team of 10–12 operatives.
• Ability to inspect sites and review jobs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee responsive maintenance operations and support a team of operatives.
• Review ongoing jobs and monitor progress.
• Carry out post inspections and site inspections.
• Raise recharges where required.
• Lead a team of approximately 10–12 operatives, including multi-skilled operatives, electricians and heating engineers.
