Job summary

IAG Mechanical Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a busy gas, HVAC, and building services servicing department across Bradford and surrounding areas. You will manage six engineers, plan daily workloads, ensure compliance and timely servicing, and oversee documentation from booking to invoicing, with support from an experienced management team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple engineers on high-volume maintenance contracts.
• Strong knowledge of planned maintenance, statutory servicing and compliance.
• Experience with GES or equivalent scheduling/job management software.
• Excellent organisational skills and workload planning.
• Ability to review technical job sheets and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of six maintenance engineers.
• Plan daily workloads, diaries and scheduling to maximise productivity.
• Manage planned maintenance, statutory servicing, repairs and emergencies.
• Maintain servicing trackers and contract reports.
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage additional works.
• Liaise with clients and contract managers about appointments and delivery.
• Use GES or similar field service software to manage diaries and records.
