Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance engineers or a maintenance team.
• Ability to plan daily workloads and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong knowledge of gas/HVAC/mechanical servicing.
• Experience with contract compliance and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of six maintenance engineers and coordinate workloads.
• Manage planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and emergency calls.
• Oversee servicing records, certificates and compliance documents.
• Maintain trackers and client reports; liaise with clients and managers.
• Prepare quotations and manage additional works and approvals.
