Job summary

IAG Mechanical Ltd in Bradford is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of six maintenance engineers across gas, HVAC, renewables and building services. You will plan and schedule daily workloads, manage PPMs and reactive repairs, ensure compliance and timely invoicing, and maintain accurate servicing records and client communication.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in gas, HVAC, mechanical or building services maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple engineers across high-volume contracts.
• Strong knowledge of planned maintenance, statutory servicing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of six maintenance engineers.
• Plan daily workloads, engineer diaries and scheduling to maximise productivity.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance, statutory servicing, reactive repairs and call-outs.
• Monitor performance, outstanding works and service completion rates.
• Ensure engineers have necessary information, materials and instructions.
• Oversee servicing schedules across multiple contracts and ensure compliance.
• Maintain servicing records, certificates and client reports.
• Liaise with clients and contract managers regarding appointments and delivery.
• Use GES or similar system to manage diaries and job documents.
• Review job sheets, certificates and supporting evidence for invoicing.
