IAG Mechanical Ltd in Bradford is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of six engineers across gas, oil and mechanical servicing. You will schedule daily workloads, manage PPMs and compliance, and oversee client contracts to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing readiness.

Applicants should have proven supervisory experience in building services maintenance, strong organisational skills, and familiarity with field service software such as GES.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles within gas/HVAC or building services maintenance.
• Strong scheduling and workload planning abilities.
• Proficiency with field service software (GES or similar).
• Excellent Excel and office IT skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a team of six maintenance engineers.
• Plan daily workloads and diaries to maximise productivity.
• Manage planned maintenance, statutory servicing, reactive repairs and call-outs.
• Ensure compliance, servicing records and invoicing readiness.
• Maintain client communication and contract performance.
