Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for a leading manufacturing partner in the UK. You will oversee all site machinery and equipment, leading a skilled maintenance team, implementing preventative maintenance, and ensuring strict health and safety compliance to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, proactive problem solving, and excellent organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or senior engineering maintenance role in recycling, waste management or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments and compliance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Salary: £50,000 + Bonus

The Role:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of all site machinery and equipment. You will lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals, implement preventative maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a senior engineering maintenance role within a recycling, waste management or manufacturing environment.
