Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a leading manufacturing partner in Hull, England. The role focuses on overseeing plant equipment and driving preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime.

You will lead a skilled maintenance team, foster continuous improvement, and ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as Maintenance Supervisor or senior maintenance role in manufacturing/recycling/waste management.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Salary: £50,000 + Bonus

Monday - Friday - Day Shift - 8am - 4pm

The Role:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of all site machinery and equipment. You will lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals, implement preventative maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a senior engineering maintenance role within a recycling, waste management or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
