Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is partnering with a leading manufacturing group to appoint a Maintenance Supervisor who will oversee site machinery performance and lead a skilled maintenance team. The role includes implementing preventative maintenance and driving safety compliance across the plant.

The ideal candidate brings proven supervisory experience in manufacturing environments, with strong mechanical and electrical expertise and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a senior engineering maintenance role within recycling, waste management or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments and compliance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: £50,000 + Bonus

Monday - Friday - Day Shift - 8am - 4pm

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of all site machinery and equipment. You will lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals, implement preventative maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
