Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited in Banbury is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 15 maintenance engineers and drive reliability across a world-class facility. The role includes managing contractors, recording downtime, and presenting data in production meetings.

You will review RAMS, schedule planned maintenance, order parts and spares, and oversee CMMS activities. A Level 3 maintenance qualification and FMCG experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance supervision or as a team leader.
• Time served apprenticeship is beneficial.
• Level 3 maintenance qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND).
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of a team of 15 multi-skilled maintenance engineers.
• Liaise with contractors and record breakdown data.
• Present data in production meetings and review RAMS.
• Schedule planned maintenance and order parts/spares.
• Manage the CMMS system.

£57,000 - £62,000

Days (8am - 4pm) - Monday to Friday - Occasional flexibility where required

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join us at our world-class manufacturing facility in Banbury. We have a substantial engineering team on site of over 25 engineers within maintenance, we turnover over £8 billion annually as a company and can reinvest this into the workforce.

As a company we have high staff retention rates and boast a very clean and welcoming environment, our engineers do not come and go.

The successful engineers' roles and responsibilities will be mainly hands off and will include direct management of a team of 15 multi skilled maintenance engineers, liaising with contractors, recording breakdown data and presenting in production meetings, reviewing RAMS, scheduling planned maintenance, ordering parts and spares, management of a CMMS system.

Experience required

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an industrial maintenance supervisor/team leader


• Time served apprenticeship is highly beneficial.


• Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in maintenance (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC/HND)


• Experience in FMCG / Food manufacturing would be beneficial.
