Maintenance Supervisor – Static Site
Horsham, West Sussex
Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Up to £50,000 per annum
Permanent | Immediate Start Available

Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking for your next challenge? We are working with a well-established facilities maintenance contractor to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor for a prestigious static site in Horsham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading FM provider that delivers first-class building maintenance services across the UK. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a small team of engineers and sub-contractors, and ensure PPM and reactive maintenance is delivered to the highest standard.

The Role:

• Supervising all hard FM services on site (electrical, mechanical, and fabric).
• Leading and supporting a small team of engineers and technicians.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaising with the client and reporting on performance.
• Planning and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance works.
• Providing hands-on support where needed.

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within facilities maintenance.
• Recognised qualifications in either electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds).
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage subcontractors on site.
• Comfortable using CAFM systems and reporting tools.
