What we expect from you:

• Team player with good communication skills

• Knowledge of plant maintenance and Saeker is desirable
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant hospitality role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team
• Manage and monitor utilities for effective and cost-efficient operation
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff (e.g., guest rooms, housekeeping equipment)
• Implement and maintain the hotel's preventive maintenance programme (e.g., water testing, equipment checks, meter readings)
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, adopting safe working practices at all times
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and anticipate maintenance needs
• Schedule repairs during low occupancy periods where feasible
• Maintain adequate stock levels of maintenance items
• Log, track, and resolve maintenance issues using the Opera system
• Deliver high-quality, budget-conscious maintenance work with minimal disruption
• Keep work areas clean and safe, informing relevant teams once systems are operational
• Coordinate and supervise contractor work as needed
• Be available for emergency call-outs or support
• Report product quality issues to the Manager on Duty
• Ensure the hotel meets IHG fire, life, and safety standards
