Job summary

Kitt is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee engineers across a portfolio of commercial properties in London. This hands-on supervisory role requires technical strength, independence, and the ability to lead contractors while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

You will supervise engineers, carry out planned maintenance, diagnose faults, and manage site works with a strong emphasis on first-time fixes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial maintenance and engineering experience.
• Strong technical and fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience supervising engineers or contractors.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client-facing skills.
• A proactive approach to health & safety, compliance and preventative maintenance.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing maintenance team, overseeing engineers across a portfolio of commercial properties in London.

This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone technically strong, confident working independently and able to lead engineers and contractors. You’ll be responsible for keeping systems running efficiently, while providing technical support to the wider maintenance team.

All our maintenance roles are foot mobile, and no driver’s license is required.

You will be:
