Job summary

Kitt is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in London. This hands-on supervisory role requires technical strength, independence and the ability to lead engineers and contractors.

You will ensure efficient operation of systems and provide support to the wider maintenance team. Kitt offers a salary of £41,000–£53,000, 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, monthly performance rewards, training funding, stock options, regular socials, season

Qualifications

• Commercial maintenance and engineering experience.
• Strong fault-finding and technical skills, able to work independently.
• Experience supervising engineers or contractors.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client-facing skills.
• Proactive approach to health & safety, compliance and preventative maintenance.
• Right to work in the UK.

This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone technically strong, confident working independently and able to lead engineers and contractors. You’ll be responsible for keeping systems running efficiently, while providing technical support to the wider maintenance team.
