Reeve is seeking a Compliance Manager to own statutory and Health & Safety compliance across the Kitt portfolio in London, in partnership with our AI-powered platform, Reeve. You will set strategy, manage contractors, and advise internal teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Required: NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent) and proven multi-site compliance experience in a commercial/offices portfolio, with a track record of reducing risks.

Qualificações

• NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent) is the minimum requirement.
• Proven multi-site compliance, statutory maintenance or Health & Safety management.
• Strong knowledge of UK statutory requirements (Fire, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, Gas, Electrical).
• Strategic ability to define and implement long-term compliance plans.
• Excellent communication to advise internal teams and challenge decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the designated competent person for all H&S matters across all sites.
• Triage, perform risk assessments, and arrange remedial actions from tests.
• Define and audit statutory compliance for all Kitt buildings and spaces.
• Manage third-party compliance contractors and drive SLAs improvements.
• Provide expert counsel to Operations, Client, Projects and Logistics teams.
• Drive in-house control and strategic oversight of compliance portfolio.

What is Reeve?

Kitt designs and operates workspace for brands worth leaving home for. Reeve is our sister platform - the team that run the portfolio: reactive jobs, compliance, suppliers, dispatch, reporting. Same business, two brands.

We are rapidly expanding across London and are onboarding 20+ buildings over the next 12 months.

The Role

As the Compliance Manager at Reeve, you will take full ownership of statutory and Health & Safety compliance across the entire Kitt portfolio and in partnership with our AI powered platform, Reeve. The mission is to ensure Reeve and its clients are safe and compliant with all relevant health, safety, and building regulations.

You will be:

• Acting as the designated competent person for all Health & Safety matters, fulfilling legal requirements including for internal staff working both on and off site
• Systematically triage and process conducting risk assessments and arranging remedial actions that come from the tests
• Defining and auditing the statutory compliance requirements for all Kitt-managed buildings and demised spaces, ensuring the robust framework is followed.
• Managing and holding accountable all third-party compliance contractors, driving service level improvements and working with our in-house team to reduce reliance on external parties
• Providing expert counsel and actionable advice to internal teams (Operations, Client, Projects, and Logistics) on all compliance and H&S matters
• Driving in-house control and strategic oversight of our compliance requirements, enabling informed decision-making across the portfolio.

About You

You will have:

• Essential: NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum requirement.
• Proven experience: Demonstrated success in a similar multi-site compliance, statutory maintenance, or Health & Safety management role, ideally within a commercial office or Facilities Management portfolio.
• Expert knowledge: A deep understanding of UK statutory compliance requirements (e.g., Fire, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, Gas, Electrical).
• A strategic approach: The ability to move beyond day-to-day administration to define and implement long-term compliance strategy, significantly reducing portfolio risk.
• Excellent communication: The confidence to provide authoritative expert advice and challenge decisions at all levels of the business.

• In person interview with Charlotte Vaughan-Reynolds (Head of Operations) and Glynn Allen (FM Consultant)
• Final round interview with Simon Warner (COO)
