Job summary

Reeve is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our expanding team, overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties across the Midlands. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring technical strength and the ability to lead engineers and contractors.

You'll manage planned maintenance, fault-finding and reactive repairs, ensure works are completed safely, and provide technical support to the wider maintenance team while maintaining high standards and client liaison.

• Proven commercial maintenance and engineering experience.
• Strong fault-finding skills with ability to work independently.
• Experience supervising engineers or contractors.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client-facing skills.
• Proactive approach to health & safety, compliance and preventative maintenance.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing maintenance team, overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties across the midlands.

This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone technically strong, confident working independently and able to lead engineers and contractors. You'll be responsible for keeping systems running efficiently, while providing technical support to the wider maintenance team.

You will be:

• Supervising and supporting engineers and specialist contractors.
• Carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and reactive repairs.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs with a strong focus on first-time fixes.
• Managing contractors, site inspections and maintenance related works.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
