Job summary

FBC UK, home to iconic brands and eight bakeries across the UK, is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler for the Llantarnam Bakery. You will play a key role in planning maintenance activities to maximise equipment availability and ensure safe, efficient operation at a busy site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance planning/scheduling.
• Strong IT and data analysis skills.
• Experience using CMMS (Shire CMMS).
• Ability to create and maintain maintenance records and KPI reports.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent communication with engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site engineering plan and KPI-driven maintenance scheduling.
• Produce weekly engineering schedules and allocate resources.
• Create and manage maintenance work orders and PPM tasks in CMMS.
• Close completed work orders and ensure records are up to date.
• Distribute maintenance documentation to engineering teams.
• Analyze performance data and produce KPI reports.
• Support engineering stores and spend processes; ensure stock accuracy.
