Job summary

FBC UK in Wales seeks a Multi-Skilled Shift Technician at Llantarnam Bakery to maintain and improve production equipment in a fast-paced GMP environment. The role is onsite, requiring a hands-on approach and collaboration across teams.

You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance using CMMS, drive TPM initiatives, and work with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to sustain high OEE and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of TPM principles and 5S.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance on production lines.
• Diagnose faults and implement repairs.
• Record work in CMMS and communicate follow-up actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve reliability and OEE.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Safety teams.
