HC-One Limited is seeking a Maintenance Operative to maintain resident homes, carry out audits, and perform a range of repairs and improvements. The role requires practical maintenance experience with mechanical and electrical systems, plus IT skills for records and communication.

Qualifications

• Solid maintenance experience across building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• IT skills beneficial for record-keeping and communications.

Responsabilités

• Carry out audits to ensure proactive maintenance and up-to-date records.
• Repair or replace taps, mixer valves, extractor fans, and timberwork as needed.
• Prepare living spaces by completing decorating and refurbishment tasks with care.
• Communicate with residents and colleagues with kindness and professionalism.
