Qualifications

• Solid experience in maintenance and DIY tasks.
• Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use IT tools and communicate kindly with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks to keep residents' environment clean and well-maintained.
• Record audits and update maintenance logs and records.
• Replace taps or mixers, install fans, repair windows, and redecoration as needed.
