Job summary

HC-One Limited is seeking a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping. You’ll need technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and, where possible, IT skills.

You’ll ensure our residents live in a well-maintained environment, carry out audits, keep records up to date and perform tasks from replacing taps to wallpapering. We provide training and a broad range of benefits to support your wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; IT skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks to keep residents’ environment well maintained.
• Perform audits and keep records up to date.
• Replace taps or mixer valves, fit extractor fans, repair timber, refresh wallpaper as required.
