Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK, Ketton Cement Works in Stamford, seeks a Maintenance Planning Technician to join the engineering team. The role focuses on planning, scheduling and SAP PM-driven maintenance activities at a major cement site.

You will work closely with Engineering, Operations and Maintenance to improve reliability, cost control and energy efficiency while driving data quality and compliance. 40 hours weekly, full-time position located on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, coordination or administration within an industrial setting.
• Experience using SAP PM or a CMMS.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes in manufacturing, heavy engineering, cement, or similar environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly maintenance plans.
• Ensure work orders are ready before scheduling with labour, materials and safety requirements.
• Capture accurate completion information and provide feedback to teams.
• Support maintenance backlog reviews and prioritisation.
