• Coordinate contract support and maintenance planning.
• Liaise with sub-contractors to verify paperwork and records.
• Raise purchase orders and liaise with contractors professionally.
• Manage subcontractor 52-week maintenance plans and bookings.
• Maintain documentation on the E-Logbook system and related records.
• Ensure timely completion of works in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the M&E team and external customers.
