Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Contract Support to be based at a premier site in the City of London. The role offers exposure to the facilities management sector and requires robust CAFM and financial acumen.

Responsibilities include coordinating reactive and planned maintenance, raising purchase orders and ensuring invoicing is timely and accurate. You will liaise with engineers and contracts to drive performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• CAFM proficiency is required.
• Finance experience is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong people skills and the ability to manage engineers.
• FM sector experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administrate and manage reactive and PPM works per contract and performance measures.
• Ensure 100% completion of works with clear reporting.
• Raise quotes from the costing sheet and monitor invoicing timelines.
• Track monthly hours for PPMs and keep Contract Manager updated.
