Job summary

RGB Network in Aylesford is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to coordinate engineers across HVAC, plumbing and electrical works, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

You will handle client calls, allocate tasks, maintain accurate records and drive consistency in service delivery. A permanent, office-based role with a 40-hour week and typical UK benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a planner/scheduler or service coordinator.
• Proven ability to schedule engineers across HVAC, plumbing and electrical works.
• Experience with Joblogic software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule and coordinate engineers across HVAC, plumbing and electrical disciplines.
• Manage client calls and maintenance requests with timely allocation of resources.
• Plan reactive and planned maintenance to maximise efficiency.
• Resolve scheduling issues to minimise disruption.
• Coordinate permits and required documentation prior to works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
• Provide progress updates and maintain client relationships.
• Order materials and parts for engineers and projects.
• Monitor service KPIs and contract performance.
