Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a Performance Manager (Maintenance) to lead the Beckton sludge stream team, delivering safe, reliable operations within budget and deadlines. You will oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and ICA technicians and drive continuous improvement across outputs.

Qualifications

• Significant relevant industry experience, ideally within a similar role.
• Degree level or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering is desirable.
• Ability to lead and develop people within a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
