Job Description:

The Role

Our Maintenance Operatives play a vital role in our site's wellbeing. We take pride in the environment in which we operate, and it is the Maintenance Operative's responsibility to ensure that all equipment is fully functioning daily, keeping the safety of our customers and colleagues at the forefront, and ensuring our customers have a great experience every day. This role will also assist with bowling, or lane repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, adjustments, and maintenance works, including but not limited to:
• Painting and re-touching areas of the site
• Low-level decoration/repair of damaged walls or skirting
• Repairing damaged toilet locks and soap dispensers
• Fixing broken wall tiles, floor tiles, and replacing or cleaning carpet tiles
• Repairing damaged furniture (excluding fabric repair or replacement)
• Removing graffiti from internal and external areas
• Assisting with bowling-related repairs such as bumpers and customer seating areas
• Undertaking other duties as assigned and reasonable management requests

Skills You Need

• Experience in a similar maintenance role
• Skills in painting, decorating, plumbing, and non-electrical maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated
