Job summary

TXM Recruit are seeking a temporary maintenance facilities engineer to join the Santander Building by Enoch Shopping Centre in Glasgow. The role involves delivering planned and reactive mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance, with a 40-hour week and potential shift options.

Responsibilities include executing PPMs, taking part in minor engineering projects and reactive maintenance, and providing first-time fixes wherever possible.

• Planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and fabric systems.
• Proficiency with PPMs and related maintenance tasks.
• Ability to deliver first-time fixes where possible.

Facilities Engineer - IND1

TXM Recruit are looking for a temporary maintenance facilities engineer to work in the Santander Building by Enoch Shopping Centre.

Rate - £25.53 CIS or £18.81 PAYE

Hours - Monday to Friday 40hrs (1hr lunch) - potential for shifts if you need

Location - Glasow

• Deliver both planned and reactive mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance services
• PPMs
• Participate in minor engineering projects and reactive maintenanc
• Provide first-time fixes for engineering and fabric requests wherever practicable

This will be temporary and ongoing however you will be entitled to look at the clients internal maintenance roles and apply for permanent positions with an advantage if you do well through this.
