Job summary

TXM Recruit are seeking a Facilities Engineer to join Unity Place Milton Keynes on a temporary, ongoing basis. The role covers mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance with a focus on planned and reactive tasks, plus project support where needed.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate depending on PAYE or CIS. This placement offers exposure to a range of maintenance duties and a pathway to permanent roles with the client for high performers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance services
• PPMs
• Participate in minor engineering projects and reactive maintenance
• Provide first‑time fixes for engineering and fabric requests wherever practicable
