We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join our EFW client in Bridgwater.

Position Details:

• Permanent Role
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 16:00

Responsibilities:

1. Managing and directing a team of mechanical, electrical, and C&I technicians to ensure minimum plant downtime and maximum availability.
2. Planning and executing plant shutdowns/outages.
3. Managing the department's maintenance budget.
4. Overseeing the management of the maintenance team and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
