Job summary

The Maintenance Manager at Bimplus will oversee maintenance across a portfolio of properties, leading a small team and managing both planned and reactive tasks. You will ensure safety, efficiency and high standards in all work, while handling budgets and supplier relationships.

This in-person role combines management with practical hands-on maintenance across office facilities and supported accommodation when required, with a focus on reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Proven leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day maintenance function.
• Plan, organise and allocate work across the maintenance team.
• Ensure planned and reactive maintenance works are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop, implement and maintain PPM schedules across the portfolio.
• Manage and monitor the maintenance budget.
• Source materials, equipment and external contractors.
• Carry out stock management and maintenance reporting.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
