Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited requires an experienced Site Manager to deliver Planned Maintenance projects in Birmingham. You will lead a site team across refurbishment works on tenanted properties, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

You will manage programmes, cost control and subcontractors while liaising with clients to achieve on-time handovers and strong KPI performance, with a competitive salary and a company car or car allowance.

Responsibilities

• Control overall direction and financial performance of the contract.
• Work with client representatives to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Cost control and subcontractor management.
• Implement short, mid and long-term work programmes.
• Carry out site inspections, investigations, reports and solutions.
• Hand over properties on time and meet KPIs.
• Liaise with client, representatives and administrators.
• Maintain health and safety on site.
• Manage site administration and staff.
• Schedule and procure materials.
• Chair subcontractor progress meetings.
• Liaise with design teams, client reps and consultants.
• Program works using MS Project.
