Job summary

Howells Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager to deliver Planned Maintenance on tenanted social housing properties in Birmingham. You will lead on-site teams, manage programmes, control costs and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role is full-time and permanent, offering a salary up to £60K plus a company car or car allowance. Strong health and safety standards and MS Project proficiency are desirable.
