Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a £2m social housing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment contract based in Milton Keynes. The role demands leadership of multi-trade teams, subcontractors, and a focus on safety, quality and programme delivery in occupied properties.

You will report to Project Managers, manage RAMS, permits and site documentation, and drive a fast-paced planned maintenance programme.

Qualifications

Experience as Site Manager within social housing.
Minimum 4+ years' experience delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
Experience managing subcontractors and multi-trade teams.
Experience working in occupied properties.
Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality control.
Excellent organisation, leadership and communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence
Own transport (essential - van and fuel supplied)

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of a social housing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment contract.
Managing subcontractors including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tilers and decorators.
Delivering a programme opening up 8 kitchens per week.
Working within occupied social housing properties.
Ensuring health & safety compliance across all site activities.
Managing RAMS, permits, site documentation and reporting.
Coordinating labour, materials and site logistics.
Maintaining programme, quality control and snagging.
Managing resident liaison and customer care.
Reporting progress to Project Managers and clients.
Ensuring works meet client, contract and compliance standards.
