Responsibilities include managing contract direction and financial control, subcontractor coordination, MS Project scheduling, site inspections, reporting, and timely handovers against KPIs, while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering refurbishment programs on live tenanted properties.
• Proven ability to drive on-site teams to meet KPIs.
• Strong client-facing communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract direction and maintain financial control.
• Collaborate with client representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Control costs and manage subcontractors.
• Implement short-, mid- and long-term work programmes.
• Conduct site inspections, investigations and report findings with solutions.
• Handover properties on time and monitor KPIs.
• Liaise with client, designers and consultants.
• Ensure health and safety on site.
• Manage site administration and staff.
• Schedule and procure materials.
• Chair subcontractor progress meetings.
