Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Poole, Dorset to lead site maintenance and engineering performance, maximise uptime and drive a major investment programme.

You will coach a team of engineers, use CMMS and data-led decision making to reduce breakdowns and deliver reliable production during a key transformation phase for a large manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership experience in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Proven track record improving maintenance performance.
• Experience with CMMS and data-led decision making.
