Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Manager at Camber Sands to lead a maintenance team, ensuring safe, high‑standard upkeep of park facilities, accommodation, and grounds. You will manage budgets, coordinate with external contractors and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, practical maintenance knowledge, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as needed. A full UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance or facilities team.
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance and health & safety regulations.
• Good IT literacy and ability to manage records and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a maintenance team across the park.
• Ensure safe, compliant maintenance of facilities, accommodation, infrastructure and grounds.
• Oversee budget, labour, stock and procurement for maintenance.
• Maintain records and liaise with external contractors to meet safety standards.
• Lead on fire safety, legionella testing, electrical and gas inspections and other compliance areas.
• Recruit, onboard and train new colleagues and support resource planning.
• Support safe moving and siting of holiday homes.
