Frasers Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Fraser Suites Glasgow. You will lead engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, planning repairs, and managing budgets to support guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership with a focus on sustainability and staff development, to uphold the brand’s gold-standard hospitality across the property.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance/engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of building, machinery, and safety practices.
• Ability to lead a team and manage budgets and schedules.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations of the property.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for the site.
• Plan and oversee repair and installation activities including fire safety.
• Develop and train staff to meet standards.
• Monitor budgets and maintenance expenses.
